Automotive Test Services

TRAX International Corporation provides automotive test support, vehicle operation, maintenance and repair for military and private sector customers. Our engineering expertise is applied to the full spectrum of general and special purpose vehicles including tracked combat support vehicles, agricultural equipment, amphibious vehicles and wheeled vehicles ranging in size from automobiles to Class 8 trucks.

Operation and Management of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electronic Support and Test Equipment and Automotive Testing of Tactical Wheel and Track Vehicles

Test Vehicle Operations tests equipment including the complete spectrum of transportation vehicles, material-handling equipment, and heavy equipment used by the United States (U.S.) military, private organizations and other nations. Maintenance Operations Group provides support for the U.S. military, including Government Services Administration (GSA) passenger vehicles and trucks, material-handling equipment, passenger busses, construction and earth-moving equipment, auxiliary power units, and other equipment. Work involves both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, welding, machine fabrication, general support and depot-level maintenance on military ground equipment undergoing tests.

Automotive Instrumentation and Data Acquisition

TRAX technicians install and operate test instrumentation that measures shock and vibration, temperature, engine performance, and other test parameters. Testing is performed on eight special test courses over natural desert terrain, prepared test slopes and obstacles, a 2-mile paved dynamometer course, a water spray simulator, vehicle swimming basins, and a mud basin. TRAX engineers download, reduce and analyze these data as specified by our customers and as required to provide accurate and meaningful test results.
