TRAX Celebrates Grand Opening

The opening served to showcase the recently renovated facility which houses the company’s Engineering, Simulator Systems, and Enterprise Technology Solutions business units, as well as the Corporate data center.
“In a time of economic uncertainty, we are pleased to bring such a strong and growing business to Lynchburg. We hope to call this building home for many years,” said TRAX CEO, Craig Wilson, just before the ceremonial ribbon cutting.
Joining in the ribbon cutting ceremony was Lynchburg's Mayor, Joan Foster. Mayor Foster warmly welcomed TRAX to the Lynchburg neighborhood, stating that the technology-based company was a wonderful addition to the community.
Arriving guests were greeted by formula driver, Liam Kenney, along with the TRAX branded formula car.
Guests representing the Belgium Embassy, the U.S. Department of Commerce and several key business and educational institutes explored the 54,000 sq. ft. facility and participated in a power plant simulator demonstration while enjoying a wide variety of tasty refreshments.
