TRAX International Awarded Major Test Range Support Contract

Craig Wilson, CEO/President of TRAX InternationalLas Vegas, NV (December 3, 2008) – TRAX International Corporation of Las Vegas, Nevada, was awarded a $447 million contract for test support services by the U. S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (YPG). The award, announced on 2 December 2008, is a cost plus award fee contract for a total of four years starting 1 March 2009.
Yuma Proving Ground is a U.S. Army test range and a member of the Department of Defense’s Major Range and Test Facility Base. Its mission is the testing of military weapon systems such as munitions of all calibers, artillery weapons, tanks, tactical vehicles, aircraft armament systems, smart munitions and other military equipment. The contract provides test and evaluation services in support of YPG’s military weapons and equipment test and evaluation mission.
