Our experienced range engineers provide design, structural analysis, and project management services. Our engineering testing is conducted under desert, arctic, and tropical climates to ensure the products meet real-life demands.
Test & Developmental Engineering
Our engineers work closely with researchers and test crews in the design and development of test range instrumentation systems. We support air delivery testing, including the rigging, maintenance, and recovery of developmental air-drop platforms and parachute systems.
Through special engineering studies and technical tasks, our engineering staff has significantly increased the data collection, processing, and analysis capability of our range customers. These activities range from instrumentation plans to hardware and software design/build projects.
Telecommunications Engineering
TRAX supports telecommunications requirements including technical consultation and formal design packages and documentation preparation. Additional services include support of base operations contractors, locating buried cabling prior to excavation, as well as relocation of telecommunications lines and fixtures.

Human Factors Engineering
The TRAX human factors (HF) team is one of the foremost and well-trained units supplying services for the Army. Our experience spans from the mid-1960s through the present. Our HF team is trained in arctic, desert, and tropic regions environments, and frequently conducts extended assignments in remote locations with required HF metric equipment. HF engineers work closely with the customer and test personnel to meet test parameters, ensuring the equipment user will be well-served and has received the best input from our experienced team..
