Pamela L. Hormell is the Chief Financial Officer at TRAX. She was named to this position in 2001 and was appointed as the Director of Finance and Administration in 1995.
Ms. Hormell is responsible for financial controls of a $270M diverse, technical services company. She is responsible for the Corporate Health Care Plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and 401k Plans. Hormell prepares budgets, cash flow projections, and ESOP analysis. She establishes and maintains relationships with bankers, attorneys, insurance brokers and auditors on Corporate matters. Ms. Hormell develops and implements policies and procedures and grant final approval on policy revisions. She is responsible for establishing a consolidated Corporate information technology center and approves any system upgrades and hardware requirements. Hormell oversees all cost proposal preparations. She relocated and established a new corporate office in a different state. Hormell assists the Board of Directors as Secretary/Treasurer. Ms. Hormell served as Manager/Treasurer on the EC III, LLC’s Joint Venture (JV) Board of Managers.
Prior to this role, Hormell managed all Corporate administrative functions, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billings, and contract reporting, and policy coordination and amendments. She was responsible for compliance reporting on TRAX/EC III JV Financial Data, Costpoint interface, and audit interface with DCAA, Bank, and Outside Auditors. She implemented new policies and procedures, as well as established and implemented administrative offices and interface with Government counterparts on reporting requirements during phase-in activities. Ms. Hormell interfaced with the Program Manager on the facility maintenance contract. She prepared close-out contract documents and submittals.
In previous assignments, Hormell supported the U.S. Army Materiel Test Directorate Contract and directed overall contract administration functions, which included procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, cost reporting, personnel and labor functions. She managed contract funding requirements and modifications.
Pamela Hormell received a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces.
