TRAX International Corporation is a large employee-owned corporation. The Company was founded in 1979 as a small disadvantaged business operating under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program. Over the past 25 years, we have successfully overcome many challenges and have consistently achieved corporate growth and diversity objectives. TRAX is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, with over 1,000 employees; is financially strong; and because of dedicated proactive management, is well-established as a Leader in the service contracting field.

What do we do?
TRAX specializes in engineering applications, software development, logistics support, test range services, information technology support, multimedia, and facilities maintenance operations. We provide a wide variety of technical services to the Government and commercial clients, and because we maintain an efficient corporate management team, we are able to provide a reasonable cost structure to our clients continually.

ESOP
In 1993, TRAX management decided to incorporate an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) because they believed in the primary purpose of an ESOP - Allowing employees who contribute to the company's success own the company and benefit from that success. Today, TRAX International Corporation is 100% employee owned, and we believe the primary reason TRAX is successful is due to the dedication and hard work of our employees.
