TRAX Appoints Emily Steele as VP of Corporate Human Resources to Drive Strategic Talent Initiatives

A seasoned leader with three decades of HR experience in the technology, logistics, and government services sectors,Steele brings a strong track record in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining TRAX, Steele served as Director, Human Resources & IT at People Results. She has also held HR leadership positions at the Texas Association of School Boards, EmpowerAI, and BDP International. Throughout her career, she has led the development and execution of strategic initiatives in talent management, cultural transformation, organizational development, employee relations, operational effectiveness, and total rewards.

Steele holds a master’s in business administration from Baylor University and a bachelor’s in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix.
